Allison practices in all aspects of trust and estate planning and estate administration. Her services to clients include creating estate plans, preparing applications for probate or administration and advising personal representatives, trustees and beneficiaries in contentious and non-contentious matters.
For estate planning, Allison works with clients and carefully considers their personal situation and objectives. She provides advice to clients on how to best organize their affairs to ensure the unique wishes of each client are carried out. She enjoys working with the client and their advisors which include financial advisors, accountants, and other professional advisors.
When Allison is not in the office, you can find her on the golf course, running in the river valley or volunteering within the community. She currently is a board member of The Today Centre and CEAN – Edmonton Chapter. In addition, she is on the Wills Week committee with the Edmonton Community Foundation. She really enjoys presenting and educating the community on estate planning and estate administration matters.
