David has been practicing in property-related areas of law, predominantly wills and estates, since his admission to the Bar. David provides advice to executors and administrators with respect to probate and estate administration and drafts wills, powers of attorney and personal directives. In addition, he works with clients on issues concerning the mental incapacity of adults.
Outside the office David is active in the community. David devotes much of his time to coaching youth players of all ages with a local club and soccer academy. Off the field, David is a certified player agent with the Canada Soccer Association. He proudly represents professional and youth players locally and abroad. In addition, he has volunteered with the Edmonton Community Legal Centre and has had the privilege of speaking to multiple organizations on various topics in the wills and estates area.
