Sukh is a Student-at-Law at BARR LLP. Born in Scotland UK, he earned degrees in both Scots Law and English Law, followed by a Diploma in Legal Practice and an LL.M, in International Commercial Law, graduating with Merit.
He has appeared before the Scottish Court and brings practical experience from his work as a property manager, where he oversaw contractual matters, reviewed commercial and residential leases, and assisted with dispute resolution.
Sukh also completed a specialized program for internationally trained lawyers at the University of Alberta and was recently featured in the institution’s Faculty of Law magazine.
With an interest in corporate and commercial law, he is motivated by building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to his clients. In addition to English, Sukh understands Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.
Outside the office, Sukh enjoys strength training, watching football (soccer), and spending time with his parrot, Diesel.
