Preksha’s practice focuses on disputes regarding employment, estates, expropriation and general litigation matters. She prides herself in taking the time necessary to thoroughly assess an issue to develop a risk-based analysis and create the best strategy for reaching her clients’ objectives.
Before being admitted to the Alberta bar, Preksha was a judicial clerk at the Court of King’s Bench and clerked civil, family and criminal matters in both English and French. She welcomes French-speaking clients to her practice.
Outside the office, Preksha enjoys recreational sports and travelling.
