Madison Durham practices in the areas of family law, wills and estates, adult guardianship, and real estate, allowing her to support clients through a range of important life transitions.
Madison is known for her practical, resolution-focused approach and is committed to helping clients reach meaningful outcomes outside of court wherever possible. She understands that family law matters are deeply personal and strives to provide thoughtful, empathetic advocacy tailored to each client’s situation.
In addition to her practice, Madison is actively involved in the legal community. She serves as the Chair of the Canadian Bar Association – Alberta Branch Alternative Dispute Resolution Section and coaches the annual Family Law Negotiation Competition at the University of Alberta, supporting the next generation of lawyers in developing strong interest-based negotiation skills.
Outside of the office, Madison enjoys exploring Edmonton’s restaurant scene, golfing, and playing soccer.
