Biography

Karleah is a Student‑at‑Law at BARR LLP, where she supports the firm across a range of practice areas and is gaining hands‑on experience in both litigation and solicitor work.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 2025. Prior to her legal studies, Karleah worked as a social worker, through which she developed strong skills in client advocacy, communication and navigating complex systems. During law school, Karleah volunteered with the Civil & Family Law Projects and the Trans ID Clinic through Student Legal Services of Edmonton, and later served as the organization’s Executive Coordinator, where she managed the organizational operations and volunteer coordination.
